Elliptical Box

The Elliptical Box Mold includes two separate molds: one to form a base and the other to form a matching lid. Its designed for artists who want to create custom glass boxes, containers, or sculptural forms that combine function and artistry.

Each mold can be filled with a wide range of materialsfrit any mesh, billets, casting rocks, nuggets, pebbles, cut or broken sheet glass, or nipped rods. Once fired, you can take your creation to the next level by tack fusing decorative castings such as Colour de Verres blossom, butterfly, scarab, pine cone, dragonfly, or leaf designs onto the base or lid in a second firing.
