There are some rules and restrictions to the program. They are:
1) We require payment prior to shipping an order. We will not ship an order until we have received payment. If we need to contact you regarding payment for an order, or if payment does not process at the time of checkout, the guarantee will begin from the time and day the funds are collected.
2) If an order is put on hold or delayed for some reason (such as a customer making changes to an order), the shipping guarantee applies from the time the order is updated and set to be fulfilled.
3) Kilns are sent from Skutt or Olympic. The kilns are made to order so the shipping guarantee does not apply.
4) Only one $5 store credit will be issued per order.
5) On days our warehouse is closed due to a holiday, this offer will not apply, as we have no control over these factors.
6) On the rare occasion that ArtGlassSupplies.com employees cannot make it to work due to extreme weather conditions (a.k.a. SNOW!), this offer does not apply, sorry. This does not happen very often, but we do encourage our employees to be safe at all times.
7) Half Sheets (17"x20", 16"x21" and 24"x24" sheets) do not qualify for the next day shipping guarantee.
8) ArtGlassSupplies.com Etched Dichroic Patterns are etched to order and do not qualify for the next day shipping guarantee.
