Crafted with fiber walls and floor, this kiln ensures durability and efficiency. The lid element is securely positioned at the top of the kiln, eliminating concerns of mandrels hitting electrical components. Accessibility is made easy with a guillotine door lift, while an optional bead door facilitates annealing pieces. Pictures feature an optional punty door.

During the initial firing, fiber walls may produce smoke and odor, which dissipates after the first firing. We recommend conducting the first firing outdoors or ensuring adequate ventilation by opening all doors and windows in the room where the kiln is located. Rest assured, the odors are non-toxic, and future firings will not be affected.

The 1210FLE comes equipped with a pilot light, attached stand, durable stainless steel jacket, and the reliable Bartlett 3K-CF Key electronic controller. Data input is intuitive, accomplished by scrolling through the up and down arrows for desired ramp/hold programming.

Upgrade options include the Genesis touchscreen controller or the 12-key digital KilnStar controller, offering expanded functionality with more ramp-hold user programs and multiple features such as delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip-step, and more, ensuring precise firings every time. Access messages and information for comprehensive monitoring of firing profiles and current segment status, along with a cone table for easy lookup of temperature and cone number equivalents. Other options include a quartz viewing window, Type S thermocouple, castors, vent, and more, allowing for customization to suit your specific needs.
