The Olympic Kiln TopHat 2827E is meticulously crafted with 3” brick construction and is specially equipped with a lid element, making it ideal for glass fusing applications. This versatile model is designed to meet the demands of artists and professionals seeking precise firing capabilities.

Included with the TopHat 2827E are essential features such as a pilot light, welded frame, stainless steel jacket, and the Bartlett 3 Key electronic controller. Data input is intuitive, with users able to scroll through the up and down arrows to set desired cone fire or ramp/hold programming.

For enhanced functionality and precision firing, users have the option to upgrade to either the Genesis touchscreen controller or the 12-key digital KilnStar controller. These advanced controllers offer a range of ramp-hold user programs and additional features such as delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip step and more. Messages and Information options allow for comprehensive review of firing profiles, real-time monitoring of the firing process and cone table for easy lookup of temperature and cone number equivalents. Additional options available include a Type S thermocouple, castors, venting, and more.

Furniture Kits tailored for Electric Raku and TopHat models provide convenient stacking solutions with 2-3 layers of shelving, assorted posts, and a one-pound bag of kiln wash. Users can choose between the standard furniture kit or customize their own with shelves and posts in quantities required.
