Return Policy

CLAIMS & RETURNS

Any claims against packages or merchandise MUST be made within 72 hours of the customer's receiving the order. Please take several photos of the outside of the box and any damaged materials. Keep the original packaging for possible inspection.

You may return your entirely unopened, unused & undamaged product for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order for a store credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note:

To return your ArtGlassSupplies.com product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please submit a return request to our customer care team here.
  2. Carefully pack the product with all accessories originally included with your purchase so that it will not be damaged during shipping. We suggest using the original packaging if possible.
  3. Mark the Order or PO number clearly on your invoice or packing slip and return it with your package.
  4. Ship the product to the address we provide.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. You assume the risk of loss or damage to the products while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method for your protection. If the product is damaged or accessories originally included in your purchase are missing, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or to charge for any damage to the product and for any missing parts.
